      Supported document file types

      Documents that do not meet these criteria will not be added to your vault.

      What are the supported document file types?

      Prisidio supports the following document file types:

      DOCUMENT

      .doc, .docm, .docx, .dot, .dotm, .dotx, .htm, .html, .msg, .pdf, .rtf, .txt, .wpd, .xhtml, .xps

      IMAGE

      .bmp, .gif, .heic, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .tif, .tiff

      PRESENTATION

      .pot, .potx, .pps, .ppt, .pptm, .pptx

      SPREADSHEET

      .csv, .xls, .xlsm, .xlsx
      • Documents with password protection, image macros, or other special formatting will be unable to display a preview image. 

      What are the document file size limitations?

      Prisidio supports the following document file sizes:

      Maximum File Size 90 MB
      Recommended File Size 5 MB or less

      Maximum # of Pages

      2,000 pages or less
