Billing Information

Where do I manage my billing and plan information?

You can only manage your subscription using a web browser on a desktop/laptop device. You cannot manage your subscription in our mobile application.

Begin by logging into your vault and choosing the avatar or initials in the upper-right corner of the screen and select Manage My Account. Next, choose Plan and Billing and then select the Manage Billing Information link to open the page to view your current plan and billing information.

At any time, you can select the Return to Prisidio link in the upper left corner of the screen to return to your vault. 

Can I switch from a monthly plan to annual and vice versa?

Yes, vault plans can be changed at any point in the billing cycle. Navigate to the billing information page and select the Update Plan button. When you’ve selected a new plan, choose Continue and proceed through the process of updating your plan, or select Return to Prisidio to go back to your vault.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, you will need to log into our web application on your desktop or laptop device. All modern browsers such as Chrome, Safari, and Firefox are supported. You cannot manage your subscription in our mobile application.

Should you need to cancel your subscription, you can do so by logging into your vault and navigating to the Billing Information page and select Manage Billing Information. Choose the Cancel plan option to confirm that you would like to cancel your subscription and then select Cancel plan. Choose Go back if you do not wish to cancel.

When will I lose access to my vault?

A user will have access to their vault through the end of the current billing cycle. Once that date is reached, they will no longer have access without first renewing a subscription.

Is it possible to renew my subscription if I’ve cancelled it?

Yes, the renew feature is only present when the vault has been cancelled, and only shows between the action of cancelling and the end of the billing period. Navigate to the Manage Billing Information section of the vault to renew your subscription.

I am an invited user to a vault. Can I purchase my own vault?

Yes! Choose the avatar or initials in the upper-right corner of the screen and select Manage Account. Next, select Plan and Billing and then choose Upgrade Plan. Select your plan and continue through the payment options to complete the process of creating your own vault.
