How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, you will need to log in to our web application on your desktop or laptop device. All modern browsers such as Chrome, Safari, and Firefox are supported.
You cannot cancel your subscription through the Prisidio mobile app.
1. Log in to Prisidio using a web browser on your desktop or laptop device.
2. Click on your initials or avatar on the far right of the main navigation bar.
3. Click Manage Billing Information.
4. Choose the Cancel plan option.
5. Choose Cancel plan again to confirm that you would like to cancel your subscription.
After cancelling your subscription, your vault will still be available until the end of your billing cycle. Please be sure to download any documents you wish to keep and record any information you are storing in Prisidio.
